2. Booking and Payment

2.1 All bookings must be made through our website, app, or customer service team. 2.2 Full payment is required for all services unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. 2.3 Prices quoted are inclusive of standard fees, with no hidden charges. Any additional charges (e.g., waiting time, tolls) will be communicated clearly.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. 3.2 Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the booking amount. 3.3 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation date.

4. Passenger Conduct

4.1 Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward the driver and vehicle. 4.2 Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. 4.3 Local Cars Oxford reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is deemed unfit to travel due to disruptive or unsafe behavior.

5. Luggage and Personal Items

5.1 Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Local Cars Oxford is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items. 5.2 Please inform us of any excess luggage at the time of booking to ensure adequate space.

6. Delays and Waiting Time

6.1 Our drivers make every effort to be punctual, but we cannot guarantee arrival times due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. 6.2 For airport pickups, Local Cars Oxford provides a waiting period of up to 60 minutes from the flight landing time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Local Cars Oxford is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from delays, missed flights, or any other unforeseen events. 7.2 Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We recommend all passengers have adequate travel insurance.

8. Safety and Maintenance

8.1 All vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safety and reliability. 8.2 Seat belts must be worn by all passengers at all times during the journey.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Local Cars Oxford is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws. 9.2 Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oxfordshire.
